Our role is to work alongside owners and management and help turn decisions into execution.
Depending on the engagement, members of our team may serve in fractional executive capacities, including as CFO, COO or Treasurer, or support existing executives with specific financial, corporate or operational matters. This can include establishing processes, overseeing implementation, working with internal teams and outside providers, and addressing issues that cut across different parts of the business.
We are often brought in during rapid growth, a restructuring or a management transition—situations where a business needs more senior capacity than it currently has in-house.
