An L-1 case, for example, may depend on the relationship between U.S. and foreign companies, the applicant's role abroad and proposed responsibilities in the United States, while an E-2 case requires a substantial investment in a real operating business. We assist with the corporate, ownership, financial and operational information needed to support these cases and work with immigration counsel responsible for the legal analysis, petition or visa application and representation.
We also assist with extensions, renewals, changes of status and other ongoing immigration matters, particularly where changes in ownership, employment or business operations affect the immigration position.
